The call playbook for host packages

Pick up the phone to an activity director or executive director. Lead with a guest hour. Close on a date. Every path ends at Gamespark.com.

Opening — 20 seconds

“Hi [Name], this is [You] with Gamespark. We host chess, checkers, and backgammon with a verified person at the table, right in the browser. Activity directors use us to fill a weekly slot without extra staff. Do you have two minutes for how a House Host Package works?”

Three qualifying questions

  1. Care type. Independent, assisted, memory care, or mixed campus?
  2. Headcount at activity hour. How many people typically sit down?
  3. The screen you already own. TV, tablet, or computer in that room?

Objection card

“Our residents aren’t gamers.” We’re talking chess and checkers, not consoles.

“We already have activities.” This sits next to bingo. Different residents show up.

“We don’t have budget.” Start with a complimentary guest session.

“Staff is stretched.” The host runs the table. Staff turns on the TV.

The close

“Don’t buy a platform today. Let us host a complimentary guest hour next Tuesday. If residents stay, we talk House Host Package.”
