Host packages
Free play sits at the top. The repeating community sale is a hosted weekly hour. Sales staff should not sell a platform. They should book a date.

Primary offer
A repeating weekly hosted hour for one community. This is the package sales staff should lead with after a guest session holds.
Add-on
A scheduled time when residents play the people who already love them — children and grandchildren on the other screen.
Multi-site
One relationship, several wings or buildings. Same host quality. For operators who already know the hour holds.
